It could be that the team hasn't set up the stream, or you need to refresh your page. We suggest refreshing your page. If a stream isn't live in 10 minutes from the start time, it is safe to assume the team was not able to stream.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need to create an account and purchase a ticket to watch the streams. You can watch recordings in the same location as where you watch the live feed, on the team landing page within the desired game.
